WOD: 8 Minutes AMRAP 5 Hang Power Cleans 135/95, 10 burpees rest 2 minutes, 400m run

Challenge:5×1 Snatch 1st pull to knees(3 second pause) then Hang Snatch(AHAP)

Play: banded shoulder mobility
