Season Six Underway for RMEF Team Elk

MISSOULA, Mont.—Adrenaline-filled hunts chasing elk highlight season six of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s award-winning television show RMEF Team Elk, presented by Cabela’s.

“The elk is a majestic symbol of North America’s backcountry,” said Steve Decker, RMEF vice president of Marketing. “Team Elk gives us the opportunity to present the importance of ensuring its future and emphasize the conservation efforts needed across the nation to conserve elk country and our hunting heritage.”

Hosted by Brandon Bates, season six features memorable hunting adventures including a 12-year-old girl seeking her first elk for a very specific dietary reason, RMEF co-founder Charlie Decker on a management bull hunt in New Mexico, a father-daughter hunt with Team Elk featured member Kristy Titus on public land in Oregon and much more.

The new episodes air Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. and Sundays at 11 p.m. (all times ET) on the Outdoor Channel.

“Hunting is Conservation. And these latest episodes help show how hunters play a key role in conserving wildlife and wild places,” added Decker. “We are extremely grateful to our conservation partners for their support of RMEF’s mission.”
