Cam & Company- Without Hunting Conservation Ceases To Exist

Much of Oregon is a wild treasure for hunters and outdoorsmen, but gun control laws threaten the future of those lands. NRA Certified Instructor Kristy Titus talks about the impact of Oregon SB 941, the “universal background checks” bill that criminalizes gun owners if they don’t complete an FFL transfer to loan a firearm to a friend for a hunt. As anti-gunners set their sights on an “assault weapons” ban, they target the very long guns and accessories that hunters use every day. The Pitman Robertson Act generates $371 million each year for conservation. Without guns and hunting, conservation itself would cease to exist. Kristy says that it is important to educate the public about what hunters do for conservation, and to elect a leader to the White House who will support the Second Amendment.
