INSPIRE A KID CAMP by the WYLDLIFE FUND

The Inspire A Kid Camp by the Wyldlife Fund here in Wyoming is a place for kids ages 12-15 to be able to explore nature, have an introduction to conservation principals and leadership development while learning outdoor skills like camping, archery, fly fishing and horseback riding. Half of the attendees are kids local to Wyoming while the other half traveled from states like California and New Jersey. Outdoor experiences like this camp provides can transform the life of a child. We only conserve what we love and we only love what we know.

These kids all know and now, hopefully love nature and will work to conserve our wild spaces with sound, science based management principals. It was an honor to present a leadership discussion alongside my good friend Maria Davidson from SCI Foundation. Investing in children is an investment in the future.
