LEVELING UP

When we’re young, competition comes easy, sports, challenges, we use our bodies to compete with our peers. But as the years go by, that competition shifts inward. Now I compete with myself, my mindset, motivation, and discipline. Age is just an excuse we give ourselves when we stop pushing to be our best. I’m older than I’ve ever been, but also stronger than I’ve ever been. I push harder mentally and physically every single day because I refuse to let age define me. Keep challenging yourself.
