Warm Up~

10 Reps One Round

Bench Press

Push Press

Cable Cross Overs

Push Ups

Knee Ups

-Bench Press

-Cable Cross Overs

-Shoulder Raises

-Bent Over Lateral Raises

*3 Sets of 10 Reps. Allow for a 90 second rest period between sets.
