Today was my day off in-between elk hunts. Ahhh the joy of sleeping in!!! Granted today was a day off but my hunts are not necessarily as physical as I would like them to be on a daily basis. With that being said I hit the hotel gym up.
It would be easy to make excuses but sometimes, you just have to make your self. Get in your workout and feel good about the effort that you have put out. I enjoy knowing that I am keeping my body strong no matter where I am at in the world.
Where are you at and what is your excuse not to go to the gym or conversely, what is your motivation to keep going? Take a look at either situation and either stop making excuses or keep at it!
