Persistence…

Two days, I had two days off of the mountain and at home. In those two days, I did not miss a workout. I am always working towards achieving better health fitness. Both on the mountain and off…

While home, I went grocery shopping and purchased whole natural, balanced food to bring along on my hunts, ensuring to fuel my body correctly. What’s on the menu? Protein powder, Epic bars, jerky and tuna fish, oatmeal, homemade dried fruit, apples and unsweetened apple sauce.

Being lean, fit and healthy for life requires commitment, energy and persistence. My goal to compete in another figure body building show will happen because I am persistent. I will not allow excuses to creep into my life. I am focused, I am an athlete and I will adapt, I will make it happen. I will conquer anything that I put my mind to.

Exhale… today you are one day closer to your goal becoming a reality.
