I like to think of myself as an athlete, but right now, I am not feeling like it. In the gym, I push through the pain knowing that in it’s place will come that predatory, powerful, unstoppable feeling, that high you get when you know you are at your best. Today, i am one day closer to reclaiming that feeling than I was yesterday.

WOD: 5 min ME KB Snatch 53/35, rest 2 minutes, 5 Minutes “Cindy” 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 air squats

Challenge: 8×2 seated box squat @50% of HBBS.

Play: 800m jog
