Serves 10
Ingredients:
2 LBS Boneless Wild Game Meat
1 Cup beef broth
3 TBSP tomato paste
1/2 Cup red wine
3 Carrots, chopped
2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, diced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Whole bay leaves
2 TBSP parsley
1 TSP thyme
1 TSP rosemary
1 TSP black pepper
1/4 TSP salt Cut the wild game meat into 1 inch cubes.
Whisk together the tomato paste, broth and wine. Add the roast to a slow cooker and pour the liquid over. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Let it cook on low for 4-8 hours.
