Just when we all thought that hunter participation was on the decline, we can think again. Hunter participation has increased 5.2% over the past 10 years with a nearly 60% increase by women alone!!! When asked why do I hunt, this was my response:
“Within the heart of the hunter is a conservationist that loves wildlife and wild places. These are the principles that are woven into the fabric of our soul. And beyond the harvest, that brings a bounty to the table of families around the world, the memories made and family ties that are strengthened last this lifetime and beyond. Hunting brings our greatest of joy and allows us to take in the splendid of His creation.”
