April 5, 2021It’s been three months that I’ve been lacing up my shoes, making running a priority- no matter where I am in the world. This week, we jogged 25 miles and biked over 50 miles. Consistency is paying off and my performance is improving.
When I first started running again my joints hurt and my muscles were sore. It was hard. Now, I’m running without the joint pain, my muscles are slowly getting reconditioned and my body feels good!! It’s not always easy but it’s worth it.
