If you are like me and are being mindful of where your food comes from, I want to shift our focus away from the things that we shouldn’t be eating – I actually want to help you succeed and have a more food in your life.
This is about balance and inclusion. We’re stepping into a new season and a new chapter and focusing on what we can eat, WITHOUT guilt!
Have you been stuck in a rut with your food or feeling off of your game when it comes to your meal planning and your routine?
Have you been saying “Ah, I wish I could eat this or that?” – And over all feel deprived or guilty when it comes to food?
Let us say NO MORE. As we step into the fresh inspiration of Spring, the slightly longer, warmer days (I am really need both of those here in WY!) – it’s time to shift our focus and be grateful for what we can do for our health and how we fuel our magical, beautiful body.
Let us be grateful for even the smallest changes that we make each and everyday – Trust me, these small steps add up and can have a huge impact on your life.
