RMEF Central Oregon Chapter 30th Anniversary Banquet

Kristy joined the Central Oregon Chapter of RMEF and over 500 attendees for good food and good times with like minded friends all for a great cause! The Central Oregon Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s 30th Anniversary Big Game Banquet on April 9, 2016 started at 4:30 PM for a social evening of fun, great food and camaraderie all for the benefit of elk country.

Kristy conducted a sampling of Rutting Ridge Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon- great wine for a great cause. With each bottle sold, Rutting Ridge donates $3 to RMEF for conservation.

At the event, the Oregon Statewide Elk tag was auctioned off for statewide conservation efforts.

Central Oregon Chapter

The mission of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage.  Since 1984, we have protected and enhanced over 6.8 million acres of wildlife habitat.  We also support hunting heritage programs and help restore wild elk herds. Along the way, we have helped open access to more than 852,000 acres for public hunting and other recreation.

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation believes that Hunting Is Conservation.  Hunters and anglers were among the first crusaders for conservation and we remain today’s most important conservation leaders.
